We believe that wellbeing is a critically important requirement for learning, development and the quality of life and that building self-esteem and resilience are key milestones in this process.

To provide co-workers with the opportunity and support to be happy-loyal colleagues who go the extra-mile for each other and our clients.
To deliberately put the needs and interests of our clients at the centre of our practice and collaborate closely with carers/parents and other stakeholders in order to offer every child & young person in our care the best possible opportunity to achieve their full potential.
To design and deliver onsite and outreach therapeutic services to meet the wellbeing needs of children & young people with persistent complex challenges who find conventional education options difficult.
