Supervision and Psychological Coaching
I have worked with numerous clients on specific professional challenges. In some cases this consisted of work spanning several months, while in other cases three to five sessions were sufficient. Sessions usually are scheduled according to client need and can be a combination of face-to-face, telephone, email and/or Skype sessions.
Psychological Coaching clients have included middle managers new to their role or those who wanted to expand their interpersonal (management) repertoir, Entrepreneurs, Senior and Executive Managers in NHS, Prison Service, Social Care and Education.
Supervision clients have included social workers, teachers, counsellors/psychotherapists. These sessions are usually regular in frequency, however the contract does make provision for contact inbetween scheduled sessions if required. Sessions are usually scheduled on a 4 to 6 weekly cycle and can be a combination of face-to-face, telephone and/or Skype sessions.
As Visiting Lecturer at City University, London I taught following MSc modules:
- Mentoring, Coaching & Supervision
- Organisations, Learning & Change
- Group Dynamics & Facilitation styles
The experience of facilitating and challenging the development of professionals, entrepreneurs, middle, senior and executive managers provided me with valuable opportunity to develop and consolidate my own Supervision and Coaching practice, grounded in the latest research and celebrated good practice.
